Friends of Capel Sound Foreshore days are held on the first Sunday of every month. Come and get involved as we complete a number of projects aimed at enhancing the environment.

Sessions are held from 10am to 12pm. Volunteers are then provided coffee/tea and a light lunch, (usually a sausage sizzle or soup and bread).

To get involved email or call the office and follow us on social media for regular updates.

We have some exciting things planned for 2019! So jump onto our mailing list to stay updated!

School groups are encouraged to visit the Mornington Peninsula for it’s wealth of outdoor activities. Camping at centrally located Capel Sound is the perfect launchpad for all your activities!

The rangers would be delighted if the school groups could help them complete various projects, these could be tailored to suit a particular learning outcome. Availability based upon current projects. Contact us for more information.

School groups are allocated an area, not a camp site and rates are charged per student.
